I was asked where is the nearest hiking trail to the hostel. The answer is the Boulder-Loop Trail. The trail head is located about 4 miles from the hostel. It is about a 3 mile hike with and elevation of just under 1000 ft. If you want a more challenging uphill climb then you stay to the right when going around the loop and conversely, if you want a bit easier head to the left. There are some beautiful views of the Mount Washington Valley on this short day hike. It should take approximately two hours to complete.
